A full USB-C charge takes about 2.5 hours and gives you up to 3.5 hours of continuous use. That is roughly 2 to 3 weeks of daily 10-minute sessions on a single charge.

Wake-Up Mode (red light) uses fast stimulation to energize your scalp, ideal for morning routines. Relax Mode (green light) provides gentle kneading to improve circulation, perfect after a long day. Sleep Prep Mode (blue light) alternates speeds to release tension before bed.

ScalpPro has an IPX6 water resistance rating, which means it can handle splashes and brief water exposure. You can use it with wet hair, but we do not recommend submerging it or using it directly under running water for extended periods.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the item back. Contact our support team to start a return.
