Thank you for shopping at Rossovi. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 5 to 30 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@rossovi.com.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All our products are shipped from warehouses located within the United States. Therefore, no customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees will be applied to your order.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • High-volume shopping periods (Black Friday, holidays, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Rossovi is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our warehouse.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Rossovi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Lost packages: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
  2. Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
