Thank you for shopping at Rossovi. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept return and refund requests only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received is significantly different from what was described or pictured on our website
- You received the wrong item
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition
- Issues caused by normal wear and tear
Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their order upon delivery and before use. Any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies must be identified and reported before the product is used. Once a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for a refund or replacement, regardless of condition.
Timeframe
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received
We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Resolution Options
Once your request is approved, we will offer you one of the following options:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Free replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
The choice between a refund or a replacement is yours.
Refunds on Discounted or Promotional Orders
If your order was placed using a coupon, discount code, or promotional offer, the refund amount will be limited to the actual amount paid by you after the discount was applied. The discount or coupon value will not be refunded or reissued.
No Return Required
In most cases, you will not need to send the product back. We may request photo or video evidence of the issue instead. This allows us to process your request faster and more conveniently.
In the rare case that a return shipment is required, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any associated fees. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The return request is made after the 30-day window
- The issue is due to customer misuse or negligence
- Insufficient evidence (photos/videos) is provided to support the claim
- The delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect, resulting in non-delivery
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rossovi.com.
- Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund
- Orders cancelled after shipment cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this return and refund policy
